Cr-39: an optical grade plastic lens that can be tinted in many colors. Lighter and safer than glass.

Glass: popular because of its scratch resistant properties and inherent IR blockage, glass is unfortunately heavier than the other materials and NOT shatter resistant.

Trivex: is our favorite material because it combines the superior optics of glass with the impact resistance of polycarbonate.  It is more scratch resistant and lighter in weight than all the materials.

Polarization: eliminates blinding glare caused by reflective surfaces. Ideal for driving, boating and outdoor sports.
